Turtles Can Fly

This film is about a child, Satellite, who leads other children in clearing minefields. Satellite falls for an orphan, Argin, who is traveling with her armless brother and her mentally ill and blind child. Turtles Can Fly tells the stories of Satellite and Argin, who each experience the troubles that the war has brought them. This film is very depressing: full of death and hardships. This film brought me insight of how horrid war can be, and showed me how hard my life could be.
