A Little Princess

This is a film during the time of World War 1. It takes place in India and New York. Sara a young girl living in India has a great life, until the moment her father tells her that he has been enlisted to fight in World War 1 and she will be attending a school in New York while he is away, the light from the sun coming in her room becomes real bright and moving in this scene. While she is in New York she is informed that her father has been killed in war, so she is made a servant. There is a scene where it becomes real dark and is pouring rain while she is being chased by police and ends up inside the neighbor’s house. She then finds her father realizing that he is alive, but he does not recognize her. (Setting and Lighting)
